Giving Tuesday: We are raising funds to publish two of our upcoming research papers in open-access publications
Today is Giving Tuesday, a global day of generosity that has been making positive waves since its inception in 2012. We love that the Tuesday after Thanksgiving highlights and celebrates the importance of charitable support and giving back. For nonprofits like ours, this support makes all the difference.
This year for #GivingTuesday we are raising funds to publish two of our upcoming research papers in open-access publications. When published in this manner, these scientific papers are available to everyone instead of hidden behind a paywall. We firmly believe that continued research and findings on killer whales should be readily accessible to the public without a financial hurdle. Your generous support will ensure we can achieve that when publishing our own peer reviewed findings!
